CHICKEN WITH LEMON BUTTER SAUCE AND OREGANO

"This is one of my husband's best recipe.  He is the one cooking this creamy chicken with lemon butter sauce and with oregano in it.   This is the best sauce I've ever tasted.  Everyone in the family loves it!  I hope you will try to cook this one too!  It's so delicious! You might forget the name of your husband/partner...hahaha...just kidding! It's really the best guys!"

INGREDIENTS:

500g chicken breast/thighs (i prefer to use thighs coz its soft)
All Purpose seasoning powder
All Purpose flour

75g butter
1 tablespoon garlic
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon oregano dried oregano leaves
100ml thickened cream

WHAT TO DO:

1.  Flattened the chicken breast/thigh first to make a little bit thinner.
2.  Season the chicken with all purpose seasoning.
3.  Put a flour on it and shake it off after.
3.  Fry the chicken in a little bit of oil in a pan, browned both sides.  
4.  Set aside.

HOW TO MAKE SAUCE:

1.  In another pan, melt the butter and add all other ingredients.
2.  Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
3.  Add cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
4.  Add chicken and cook through for at least 10-15 minutes.

*THIS SAUCE IS ALSO GREAT WITH FISH AND PRAWNS.

SERVE WITH THE VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE AND MASHED POTATO!
